International Day of Women and Girls in Science — 11 February

Say hooray for chlorophyll, because February 11 is International Day of Women and Girls in Science! This day is an opportunity to place a much-needed focus on the accomplishments of women and girls in science. We should also take a chance to discuss the improvements society can take to increase the number of women in science and better help them succeed.
